I want to be a leader someday, I'm much prefer if I'm the one who will gives order rather than receiving order. The problems is i have no experience of being a leader. A true leader with followers. Currently i read this book titled "100 Ways to Motivate Others - How Great Leaders Can Produce Insane Results Without Driving People Crazy" Haven't finish reading it yet but still working on it.
